Sorry I’ve been kind of slacking on the blog posts. Last week I had a bit of a cold, and we spent most of the week eating a pot roast that I made in the crock pot, so we didn’t even have all that interesting of dinners.
We’ve been trying to eat a vegetarian dinner every few weeks, partly to be healthier, and partly to save money (meat can get expensive!). Last night we made a delicious stew from the Fabio Viviani cookbook (book review here). I put in too much chipotle for my taste, but Kevin loved it.

Friday, 11/11: Smashburger with a Groupon
